Wild Honey Orchestra & Friends Play Buffalo Springfield

February 17, 2018 @ 8:00 pm

On the heels of Wild Honey’s sold-out, acclaimed 2017 celebration of THE BAND (featuring Garth Hudson, Jackson Browne, Carlene Carter, & The Continental Drifters), Wild Honey Orchestra and Friends will team up with co-founder RICHIE FURAY to explore the earth-shaking folk/country/psychedelic rock of Buffalo Springfield, a short-lived but legendary band that featured Furay, Stephen Stills, Neil Young, Bruce Palmer, Dewey Martin, and, later, Jim Messina.

The three-hour plus event will benefit the Autism Think Tank (autismthinktanknj.com), a non-profit that brings together a team of top autism specialists, via an internet medical conference, to tackle the painful medical/psychological issues faced by kids like Wild Honey’s co-founder Paul Rock’s thirteen-year-old son, Jake, a non-verbal autistic boy with extreme digestive distress and self-injury issues. The Wild Honey Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit which seeks to pass on the passion, creativity, and idealism found in rock, rhythm & blues, folk, and pop music to future generations through cultural events of all types, has raised over $100,000 for the ATT over the past four years.
